認定NPO法人ADRA Japan（以下、ADRA Japanと称する）は、個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報の適切な管理を行うことが、当団体の大切な業務のひとつであり、また当団体が果たすべき社会的責務であると考えています。
ADRA Japan (hereinafter referred to as “ADRA Japan”), recognizes the importance of Personal Data/ Personal Information (ahead referred to as “Personal Data”) and believes that the appropriate management of Personal Data, while ensuring its security and confidentiality, is an important part of our work and a social responsibility that we should fulfill.

ADRA Japan will obtain prior Explicit and Informed Consent to collect and start Processing Personal Data. We will, therefore, clarify the purpose and scope of our Personal Data Processing Activities when asking for Personal Data to be surrendered to us, and will not acquire Personal Data through deception or wrongful means. In operating this website (https://www.adrajpn.org) and handling Personal Data, ADRA Japan will comply with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” and the European Union “General Data Protection Regulation”, plus other laws and guidelines regarding the protection of Personal Data where they are more stringent in defense of the rights and freedoms of those natural persons to whom the Personal Data pertains to, as well as this policy. We will prevent the loss, falsification, or leakage of Personal Data and take appropriate security control measures.
Our employees and data Processors who have access to, and are associated with the processing of, Personal Data are required to respect the confidentiality and ensure the security of the Personal Data we Process.

ADRA Japanは、ADRA Japanが管理するオンラインフォームを使用して個人情報を収集します。また、紙のアンケートやお申込用紙、送金時に金融機関を通じてご提供いただく情報や、配送業者からの最新の配送情報や住所情報から個人情報を収集します。
オンラインフォームの使用、または紙のアンケートやお申込用紙へのご記入はすべてお客様の任意によるものですので、ADRA Japanがご利用者様の個人データを保持することを希望されない場合は、フォームを送信したり、記入した申込用紙等を提出したりしないでください。またやむを得ず、記入・入力しなければならない場合は、別途情報の削除についてご連絡ください。収集される個人情報には以下のものなどが含まれますが、これらに限定されるものではありません。

We collect Personal Data through online forms maintained by ADRA Japan. We also collect Personal Data from paper questionnaires and application forms, from donation transactions, or from our carriers.
Use of these forms and questionnaires is entirely voluntary on your part, so if you do not want us to collect Personal Data about you, then please do not submit the forms. If you have no choice but to complete the form, please contact us separately to request removal of your information (Personal Data). The Personal Data collected may include, but is not limited to, the following:

ADRA Japanが収集する情報は、領収証の発送や活動報告等をお届けするために、また、円滑なコミュニケーションや必要な事務手続き等のために使用いたします。

The information collected by ADRA Japan will be used to send receipts and activity reports, etc., as well as for smooth communication and necessary administrative procedures, which may imply the Processing of Personal Data under either Legitimate Interest or a Legal Obligation.
We may Process your Personal Data for following purposes:
・To inform you of the situations around the world and to ask for your donations.
・To send you a thank-you letter, our quarterly magazine, e-newsletter, activity reports, receipts, etc.
・To inform you of events run by or related to ADRA.

・To conduct surveys and research in a form that does not identify individuals, and to create statistical data.
・To fulfill compliance required regarding donations or other legal matters.

We do not collect or use this Personal Data for any other purpose.
個人データの保存期間／RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
ADRA Japanは、この個人情報保護方針に定める目的のために必要がある限り、データ主体の個人データを保持しますが、必要性がなくなった場合には、速やかにこれを消去します。
ADRA Japan will retain the Personal Data as long as such information is necessary for the purpose stipulated in the Privacy Policy, but we will promptly delete the same in case such information is no longer necessary.
個人情報の管理と委託について／MANAGEMENT AND OUTSOURCING OF PERSONAL DATA
ADRAJPN.ORGが収集する情報、またはADRAに提供される個人情報は、ADRAが管理いたします。寄付者様の個人情報を他者に販売したり、他団体への寄付を促すような郵便物を送付したりすることはありません。また、ADRA Japanは、個人情報の利用目的の達成のために必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取扱いに関する業務の全部ないし一部を第三者に委託することがあります。業務を委託する場合には、ADRA Japanは、当該受託者に個人情報の漏洩等がないよう管理責任を義務付け、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
ADRA Japan will manage the information collected by ADRAJPN.ORG or Personal Data provided to ADRA Japan. ADRA Japan will not sell a donor’s Personal Data collected online or offline to anyone else, nor will it send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. ADRA Japan may outsource the processing of all or part of the Personal Data to a third party to the extent necessary to accomplish the purpose of use of Personal Data. In the case of outsourcing, ADRA Japan will require the relevant trustee to take responsibility for the management of Personal Data to ensure that it is not leaked, etc., and will provide necessary and appropriate supervision.

Information about our supporters is an important part of our organization and we do not sell your information or share it with third parties who aren’t contracted to act on our behalf.

However, the following cases are excluded.
・When the person concerned consents to the handling of Personal Data.
・When required by law.
・When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of a natural person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question.
・Cases in which the provision of Personal Data is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person in question.
・When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the person is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.
個人情報の開示・訂正について／DISCLOSURE AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
ADRA Japanは、管理する個人情報について、本人からの開示、訂正、利用停止等の請求があった場合はご本人確認の上で、適切に対応いたします。個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等を希望される場合は、support_adra@adrajpn.org、または月曜日から金曜日の日本時間午前10時から午後5時（+81-03-5410-0045）までご連絡ください。
ADRA Japan will respond appropriately to requests from individuals to disclose, correct, or discontinue the use of the Personal Data under its management, upon confirming the identity of the individual making such a request. 子どものプライバシー／CHILDREN’S PRIVACY NOTICE
ADRA Japanは、故意に児童から情報を収集しません。
ADRA Japanは、18歳未満の子どもから故意に個人情報を収集したり、勧誘したりすることはありません。また、親または保護者の確認可能な同意なしに、18歳未満の子どもが故意に個人情報を提供することを許可することもありません。18歳未満の方は、親または保護者の許可がない限り、氏名、住所、電話番号、電子メールアドレスなど、ご自身に関するいかなる情報もADRA Japanに送信しないでください。万が一、ADRA Japanが18歳未満の方から個人情報を収集し、親または保護者の同意を得ていないことが判明した場合、私たちはその情報を可能な限り速やかに削除します。

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts sensitive information you input. We transmit your entire contact details and credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during donation processing using SSL encryption.
GDPR
GDPRの規定では、以下の状況において、個人データの処理にいつでも異議を唱える権利があります。
・ダイレクトマーケティングの目的で個人データが使用される場合
・個人データを管理する者の正当な利益を行使するために個人データが使用される場合
ADRAまたはADRAのパートナーがGDPRのいずれかの条項に違反していることに気づいた場合、EU加盟国のデータ保護監督当局に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。
また、ADRAに対して、個人情報へのアクセス、個人情報の修正または消去、個人情報の利用制限、個人情報の処理に対する異議申し立て、データポータビリティの権利を要求することができます。
データ処理がお客様の同意に基づく場合、お客様はいつでも同意を撤回する権利を有しますが、撤回前の同意に基づく処理の合法性には影響しません。

You may exercise the following rights under Personal Data Protection legislation:
Object at any time to the processing of your personal data in the following situations:
・Personal data being used for direct marketing purposes
・Personal data being used in order to exercise legitimate interests of those who control it.
Issue a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority in the EU member state where you reside or the EDPB (European Data Protection Board) if you do not reside in the EU, in case you noticed that ADRA or any other ADRA partner is breaching any provisions of the GDPR.

Where the processing is based on your consent you have a right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Your data may be stored until the end of the limitation period of potential claims related to your relation with ADRA. Data may be stored longer only if such an obligation is provided by applicable laws.
The ADRA Japan Office, who is controller of ADRAJPN.org, maintains its headquarters in Japan, but the ADRA network events/services/donations are addressed to consignees internationally. As a result, personal data may be transferred to a third party or international organization, in particular to ADRA branch offices or ADRA partner offices, outside of Japan.
